Overview

Ghayat is a premium menswear label known for superior fabric quality with a distinctive Arabic touch. With a strong existing identity in its home market, the brand wanted to expand its footprint into Southeast Asia and drive qualified traffic to its global online store — a market with different aesthetics, shopping behaviors, and cultural touchpoints than its origin.

We were brought in to lead the full market-entry process: understanding the brand from the ground up, building a go-to-market strategy, localizing content for new audiences, and executing a launch campaign across two priority markets.

Approach

  • Discovery — We began by immersing ourselves in Ghayat's business model and brand proposition, understanding what made the label distinct and how that identity could translate to a new region.

  • Strategy — With that foundation, we formulated a growth plan and go-to-market strategy, identifying Singapore and Indonesia as the right entry markets and mapping the channels to reach them.

  • Localization & Activation — We adapted the brand's global content to resonate with local lifestyles and aesthetics, partnered with regional key opinion leaders (KOLs) to build authentic brand awareness, and ran targeted social media campaigns to drive traffic to the online store.

  • Launch — The brand officially launched in Singapore and Indonesia, backed by a coordinated content and influencer push.

Strategic Pillars

  • Localization
Global brand content was reworked to fit the lifestyle and visual language of Singaporean and Indonesian audiences, rather than simply repurposing existing assets — ensuring the label felt native to each new market.

  • Brand Awareness
We partnered with established local influencers — including creators with followings in the hundreds of thousands — to introduce Ghayat authentically to new audiences and drive visits to the online store.

  • Growth & Traffic
Localization and influencer activity were tied directly to measurable site traffic, converting awareness into qualified visits to the global e-commerce store.

Results (within 2 months)

  • 15,000+ visits to the online store

  • 10,000 unique visitors

  • 14,000+ video views

  • 1,020+ post likes

  • Indonesia led as the top market, generating roughly 69% of total traffic; Singapore followed with roughly 25%

The campaign proved that a premium, culturally distinct label could successfully enter new Southeast Asian markets through targeted localization and influencer-led storytelling — turning brand awareness into measurable, trackable growth for the online store.
